Description for Lookout Ridge
Lookout Ridge is proof that a log cabin in the mountains can be downright luxurious. The three-story, three-bedroom home is chock-a-block with five-star amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, a pool table, multicade arcade machine, foosball, and a 75” LED TV.
Perhaps the great luxury of all is the spectacular views of the old-growth woodlands and the Great Smoky Mountains. Lookout Ridge has three roomy decks from which you can relish the scenery, the fresh mountain breeze, and the singing of warblers in the morning and whip-poor-wills at night. Rocking chairs provide the perfect perch to enjoy your surroundings. Take your morning coffee to our outdoor sitting area and listen to sparrows and warblers greet the day. Or come out at night to search for constellations in the starry sky. You can also enjoy drinks at the deck’s bistro table and even dinner at the patio table—and while you’re at it you can cook your meal on the deck’s grill. For a true sensory delight, luxuriate in the deck’s hot tub beneath the star-studded sky as owls hoot along with the serenading crickets. That’s the sort of experience that makes a Smoky Mountain vacation so enchanting!
You can gaze at the vistas from inside Lookout Ridge as well. Just about every room has a glorious view. The main floor’s great room, for instance, boasts a soaring cathedral ceiling and double-height walls lined with windows. When you’re not admiring the endless skies from the living area’s plush sofas, you can watch a favorite show on the 50” flat-panel TV or play charades amid the warmth of the stacked-stone fireplace.
The dining area offers panoramic views as well. The table seats six comfortably, and another four people can sidle up to the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a gamut of stainless-steel appliances, gadgets, cookware, and tableware, along with plenty of counter space.
As befits a luxurious getaway, Lookout Ridge has two game rooms. Downstairs you’ll find a multicade arcade machine, foosball, and a home theater area with a 75” LED TV. There’s a wet bar too, so you won’t have to interrupt your movie to run upstairs for soft drinks or snacks. The game room on the top floor features a full-size pool table and a pub table where you can sit between shots. The view up there is especially breathtaking.
Lookout Ridge has a bedroom and a full bathroom on each floor. Each bedroom is furnished in the same rustic yet refined style as the rest of the cabin, with a log-frame king-size bed, a flat-panel TV, and ample storage. The upstairs bedroom includes a bonus: a large jetted tub. When you return from a day of hiking, fishing, or shopping every store of the nearby outlet mall, you’ll want to make a beeline for a rejuvenating soak.
The bedroom on the main floor has a bonus feature of its own: a stone-surround fireplace. And the main floor’s bedroom, as well as the bedroom downstairs, have doors that open directly onto a deck, so you can slip out for a nightcap in the moonlight before cozying under the covers. Need more beds? Sofas in the great room and the downstairs game room open into queen-size beds, as does the futon in the upstairs game room.
Lookout Ridge’s other amenities include free WiFi, satellite channels, and a washer and dryer. And because the cabin sits on a plot that’s more than an acre large, you can be sure of plenty of privacy and quiet.
At the same time, you can easily get to all of the area’s many attractions. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, for one, is just fifteen minutes away. Only a few minutes further is the Pigeon Forge Parkway; the town’s main thoroughfare, it’s home to Dixie Stampede, the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks, dinner theaters, and more. Even Dollywood is just over a half-hour away.
Then again, once you see how relaxing and pampering Lookout Ridge is, you might find yourself eager to spend much of your time on its premises in the company of your family and friends. See for yourself: Book your stay today!

Reviews for Lookout Ridge
Stayed with wife, kids & grandkids - great layout for two adult couples plus kids; close enough to GSNP as week as Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to accommodate the changing desires of the day
It was a good cabin
We had a great stay at this cabin. The kids were entertained the whole stay as well as the adults. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with lots of fun activities!
The house was so cozy and amazing!! Just make sure you lock your car doors because of bears!

Beautiful,well kept property.
We rented Lookout Ridge for my family when we came to stay for my daughter's graduation from UT. It was such a nice property that had everything we needed to enjoy the great Smokey Mountains. Very well maintained and very peaceful. Close enough to town for supplies and activities, yet secluded enough for a very peaceful and quiet stay. The 3 master suites made it convenient for everyone to have privacy for getting ready. The kids loved the basement with big screen TV, foosball, air hockey, and Pool table on the upper level. Plenty to keep them entertained. Wish the rain had held a little better so we could have enjoyed the outdoor firepit area!
