Description for Blessed Beyond Measure
Sure, there are plenty of log cabins in and around Gatlinburg. But Blessed Beyond Measure is one of just a few dating back to the 1800s that have been carefully restored. Located in the exclusive Timberidge community, the three-story cabin boasts split-log walls, stone-surround fireplaces, and other authentic features—along with modern comforts, including an indoor jetted tub, an outdoor hot tub, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, free WiFi, and cable TV.

Perched atop a ridge and surrounded by woodland, Blessed Beyond Measure offers unrivaled privacy and quiet, despite being just ten minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Whether you’re kicking back on the porch swing, lazing in the lower deck’s hot tub, barbecuing on the main deck’s grill, or toasting marshmallows at the fire pit, you’ll feel at one with nature’s serenity. At the same time, as you listen with your family and friends to larks greeting the morning, owls hooting during the night, and mountain breezes rustling through the trees, you’ll make memories that you will all long cherish.

Inside, each of Blessed Beyond Measure’s three floors has its own full bathroom and sleeping quarters; the cabin can sleep seven people in all. The loft level has been transformed into a primary suite. From its king-sized bed, you can look out at the treetops, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, and bask in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Iron chandeliers complement the vaulted ceilings, the wood beams and floor, and the rustic yet refined furnishings. Most pampering of all, the suite has a large jetted tub overlooking the woods. A long soak among its massaging waters is a blissful way to end an action-packed day… and to start a romantic evening.

The main floor’s bedroom includes its own TV and a queen-size bed, making Blessed Beyond Measure as well suited for two couples as it is for a family. Downstairs are built-in bunk beds, perfect for the kids.

The split-log walls, beamed wood ceiling, and wood-burning fireplace of the main floor’s living room hark back to earlier times. You definitely aren’t roughing it when you stay here, though. Stretch out on one of the couches and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV; curl up in the leather armchair and surf the web; enjoy après-ski drinks or a game of Pictionary by the fire. In other words, make yourselves right at home.

The dining room, like the living room, has a beamed wood ceiling, along with a wall of windows that will have you feeling as if you’re outside among the treetops. The handsome wood table seats eight, so feel free to invite friends over for dinner. The kitchen, though compact, is equipped with a full array of stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and tableware.

After dinner, head downstairs to shoot some pool and watch TV in the game room. While you’re playing, you can run a load of laundry: Blessed Beyond Measure has a washer and dryer tucked into the downstairs bathroom. How convenient is that?

Also convenient is the cabin’s location. In only ten minutes you can drive to downtown Gatlinburg, home to the Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, thrill rides, restaurants, and a tram that will carry you over the town to Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area. (If you’re visiting in winter, vehicles with 4-wheel drive or tire chains are strongly recommended.) Just as close is the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, an eight-mile trail of galleries, shops, and studios. You can drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in fifteen minutes, and Dollywood is less than a half-hour away.

A truly special getaway begins with a truly special place to stay. Blessed Beyond Measure is that place, one that guests return to time and again. Don’t miss out on your chance to revel in its charm and comfort; book your stay today!

Absolutely perfect cozy cabin!
Beautiful cabin! Can’t say enough positives about it. We really enjoyed the authentic cozy cabin in the mountains!

Blessed Beyond Measure Cabin is Perfect
I was looking for a "real" log cabin not the new log cabins you see these days and this cabin is exactly what I had in mind. It is beautiful, great attention to detail was taken with the decor. We stayed the week of Christmas and it had 2 Christmas trees as well as other inside and outside decor. It was perfect. Two real fireplaces not gas. They even provide the wood. (although mostly green not seasoned) The cabin is secluded, the porch is perfect. The furniture is nice, the cabin has almost everything you will need here to cook too. Nice hot tub out back and the master bedroom has a bathroom you won't believe with a garden whirlpool tub overlooking the trees. The master bedroom is huge and very nice. I highly recommend this cabin, and we will be back. I LOVE this cabin.

Good Family Cabin
Our family has stayed in this cabin twice now. It's great for a family with several children. The biggest drawback is the kitchen which is very small. The dining room helps offset the tiny kitchen by being off by itself with wonderful views. Our biggest continued complaint is the wood that is provided to use in the fireplace(s). We love to be able to have fires but the wood is always so green that we cannot keep a fire going no matter how much kindling we use to start the fires. We gave up trying to make a fire in the master bedroom and focused only on the living room fire. We did love the Christmas décor. Very cozy and fit the cabin beautifully.

Our anniversary trip was wonderful this year. Mountain Rentals is the best company to rent cabins from. Their service goes above and beyond expectations! We come to Gatlinburg atleast 3 times a year and have never stayed with anyoneelse! We never will leave Mountain Rentals. Our dream is to one day have a our very own cabin rental with mountain Rentals as well. All of the cabins we have stayed in, with them these past 7 years, have been Great! Thanks, The Hiott's from NC

Thank You Mountain Rental & Cabin Owner for a vacation we will never forget. We loved this cabin, no words can do it justice. This was our first cabin rental and we will never use a motel again. For those of you thinking about this cabin, do not hesitate! Everything provided was first rate. From the comfortable furniture & beds to the outdoor rocking chairs & fire pit. We enjoyed the cabin interior, the owner has done a beautiful job with decorating. Everything is very first rate! We actually have nothing negative to put in a review. The only thing that some people may not like is the paved drive up to the cabin. It has 2 sharp, steep curves but after you drive it for a few times, it really isnt that bad. The driveway is paved and level. This cabin is worth the drive up the mountain! The TimberRidge area is beautiful. We loved being in the woods, with all the animals. You cannot go wrong with this cabin and this cabin company.
