Description for Bearadise 2
Cozy but not at all crowded or cramped, close to the attractions but far from the traffic and commotion: Bearadise 2 is a wonderful choice for a couple or a small family looking for a Gatlinburg home away from home.
The cabin’s open-plan living/dining/kitchen area makes it easy for everyone to spend time together even while doing his or her own thing. When you’re whipping up breakfast in the kitchen, for instance, you can keep an eye on the kids as they watch their favorite show on the HDTV with an expanded movie package. (The TV also has DVR capabilities, in case you’re out hiking or fishing during the can’t-miss big game.) The plush blue sectional sofa is marvelously soft and large enough for everyone to sprawl out on, and the stone-surround gas fireplace will make the room even more welcoming on chilly winter evenings.
The dining table is large enough to seat 6 people for family meals and games of Monopoly alike. Bearadise 2’s kitchen is equipped with a full array of appliances, cookware, and tableware. Whether you’re preparing breakfast smoothies or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find just about everything you’ll need (except the food, of course!). And even if you don’t do much cooking during your stay, you’ll love the convenience of having a refrigerator to keep milk and juice boxes cold and a microwave for making movie-night popcorn.
Each of Bearadise 2’s bedrooms has its own TV, generous storage, and a ceiling fan for those nights when it’s not quite warm enough for the air-conditioning. The primary has a king-size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a nearly as luxurious queen. And speaking of luxuries, the tub portion of the bathroom’s shower/tub combo is a jetted one. A long, relaxing soak just before bed all but guarantees a fabulous night’s sleep.
Prefer to soak out among the fresh mountain breezes? Good news: Bearadise 2 has a hot tub on its deck, looking over the woodlands toward the Smokies. Basking among the steamy jets of water after a day on the go is wonderfully restorative… and doing so with your sweetheart in the moonlight is wonderfully romantic!
The deck is also outfitted with a picnic table and plenty of chairs so that you can enjoy meals outdoors. The wrens and warblers provide the perfect soundtrack during the day, and in the evening the birds will put on a concert of their own.
When you arrive, you’ll find the beds perfectly made up, plenty of clean towels, and extra bedding ready and waiting—no need to bring your own. In fact, because Bearadise 2 has its own washer and dryer, you can pack lighter than usual. Other amenities include free high-speed WiFi, free access to the community swimming pool in the summer, and a paved driveway with room for two vehicles. (Because this is mountain country, in the winter vehicles with 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains are highly recommended.)
Bearadise 2’s greatest amenity may be its location. You can drive to the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, an 8-mile trail of galleries, shops, and studios, in only 5 minutes. Dollywood theme park, in neighboring Pigeon Forge, is nearly as close. Just 10 minutes away is downtown Gatlinburg, whose attractions include the Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, thrill rides, mini-golf, restaurants, shops, distilleries, and more. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, home to elk, bear, deer, turkey, woodchuck, and other animals is only a 15-minute drive from the cabin.
When you stay at Bearadise 2, your biggest dilemma may be deciding how you’re going to manage to do everything you want in the amount of time you have. You just might have to make a return visit! First, though, you need to book your initial stay. So, what are you waiting for?

Reviews for Bearadise 2
Great stay at Bearadise Chalet
We stayed at Bearadise over Thanksgiving and while we've rented cabins before this was our first go at a chalet. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement, but our fears were quickly alaid when arriving at the rental. We ADORED this place and we will be back!
We loved this little cabin. When we arrived at the cabin it was decorated for Christmas and the Chri
Unit was very clean. The view of mountains was not that great, but that was OK with us as we were away most days during the daytime. The mattress on the king bed definitely needs to be replaced, but not a problem as we ended up using the spare bed. The location of the unit was close to town and very quiet. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely use Mountain Rentals again, they are very friendly and accommodating.
Nice, comfortable cabin
Overall a nice cabin: roomy, decorated to live up to the bearadise name, comfortable. My only complaint was that you had to climb into a jacuzzi tub between the top of the tub and top of the shower door track, a bit tricky. The shower was just a hand-held shower head that was stuck on massage setting
The location and view were great
Bearadise was a beautifully decorated cabin, very clean. The location and view were great. Plenty of seating in the living room area. Since hot tub is the shower in the only bathroom, a stool was needed toget into the tub to take a shower. This was no problem for us, but could be for someone with a disability. Would not rent from anyone else but Mountain Rentals.
Bearadise
Excellent condition. Highly Reccommend!
